The learning Resource Center is the heart of the Institution and designed to fulfill their needs of students & Staff members of Jain College of Engineering and Research Belagavi.Learning Resource Center has various volumes of books of all four Branches and Periodicals as per the AICTE and VTU norms.Learning Resource Center has membership to VTU Consortium for E-Resources, It has subscribed 10000+ National and International Peer Reviewed e-journals access through IEEE,IEL ASCE,ASME, , Knimbus, KopyKitab, Proquest, Taylor and Francis databases There is IP based and unlimited access to all E-Resources.And it has remote access service to all VTU consortium E-Resources for all the end users.

The Entire collection of JCER Learning Resource Center has bar-coded and fully automated by using KOHA Integrated Library Management software. The Library offers many services to our patron like Open Access, fully automated Circulation System, Online public Access Catalogue, Book Bank Facility, News Paper Clippings and Selective Dissemination of Information etc.
